Welcome to Nails and Thingz – where beauty meets care. By booking a service or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms:


1. Appointments & Cancellations

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.


2. Payment & Refunds

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

All services are non-refundable after completion.

If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 3 days — we’ll do our best to make it right.


3. Health & Safety

Please let us know of any allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities before your service.

We follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with Maryland state regulations.


4. Children & Pets

To ensure a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that children and pets not accompany you during appointments unless necessary.


5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or violation of salon policies.


6. Promotions & Messages

By signing up, you agree to receive promotional texts and emails.

You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link.


7. Policy Changes

We may update these terms or our privacy policy as needed. Changes will be posted on our website or in the salon.
